Description Specifications

Vitcas Heat Resistant Filler is a ready mixed material which can be utilised for filling in small cracks and jointing in high temperature products such as in Vitcas High Temperature Plasterboard. The filler is resistant up to 1000oC / 1830oF.

Characteristics:
• Small cracks on the chimney breast especially around cassette stoves.
• On the joints of VITCAS High Temperature Plasterboard.
• 310ml tube.

Application:
• Make sure the area is clean and that all dirt, dust and grease is removed.
• Cut off the top of the cartridge, screw on the nozzle and cut the nozzle to the required size.
• Apply to the area to be filled using a cartridge gun.
• Smooth the surface with a clean scraper.
• The material will set faster when warm.
